CDCR House Of Horror’s
To all moms, dads, husbands, wives, friends, siblings, sons, daughters, grandparents, loved ones, concerned citizens and law makers and last but not least inmates. I want to blog about the Barbaric yes you read it right the barbaric CDCR system what a hellish nightmare not fit for humans in the inside or outside of this archaic system.
I am sadden to know that injustices within the system exists in my own backyard. Recently my husband had a horrible incident where he was beaten inside a California State Prison by a corrupt correction officer after the beating he was stripped naked and thrown in administrative segregation aka the hole for 9 months! This is a barbaric procedure to go through when the incident had not even been tried in a CDCR 115 hearing before being thrown into a dirty dank hole not made for humans before he was tried. This is not rehabilitation this is straight out barbaric. Once my husband miraculously got out of the hole pale and frail his case was then taken and heard in front of a Madera County Judge and the DA’s office and was dismissed by both the Judge & DA for many reasons the most important reason was that CDCR did not send the DA a complete report of the incident the report sent to the DA had missing information hmmm…
The CDCR was asked by the DA for a complete file with witness statements that corroborated my husband’s side of what took place this was never sent to the DA hmmm… Along with this the CDCR had 30 days from the dismissal from the DA to hold their own 115 Hearing inside the prison a hearing procedure that has its own Ruling System! Which means the CDCR can do whatever the hell they want and they don’t have to answer to anyone! Hence once you have entered the bizarre underworld of the CDCR doing your time for whatever reason you will be lucky to get get out even if you follow everything by code the system is not set up to rehabilitate it is set up to beat the hell out of you physically & emotionally . God Forbid you make a mistake in life and wind up doing time. Lord. At any rate, after the court dismissal CDCR did not follow their own Rules & Regulations they held a hearing against my husband 75 days after the 30 day deadline. Along with that my husband was not allowed legal representation inside the 115 Hearing what the hell how is this legally possible! So with that being said, the creepy 115 Hearing was held by an unethical CDCR system using Mid Evil tactics administering a preconditioned outcome designed solely to benefit and protect the CDCR. Outrageous! My husband was so frighten after being beaten to a bloody pulp and thrown away he requested that at the very least as per CDCR Rules & regulations a mental health representative be present anyone to witness the atrocities of the CDCR alarmingly the hearing Officer denied this request a right inmates have! The 115 hearings are a very unjust and very creepy procedure. The CDCR officer in charge of the hearing is the Judge & the Jury. The lone officer trained by who knows who decides the case however they please, hence, the CDCR has their own legal system within the prison!
As a result of being denied a mental health representative my husband ended up in a crisis bed after the hatchet was lowered on his head. The 115 hearing officer did not allow my husband his right to have witnesses did not allow him to question his accuser did not have a video or tape recording the hearing the 115 hearing was completely preformed ,a decapitation of injustice, on my husband ,behind corrupt rotting prison doors. I know we are not alone that there are many nightmare stories very similar to ours. I know there are law makers who are trying to reform the CDCR procedures and who are aware of the injustices and I humane treatment of inmates. I hope enough bloggers and Petitions from concerned citizens can change this barbaric system. Third world Torture and injustice being implemented inside the CDCR need to be changed. The CDCR needs accountability inside their house of horrors . My husband was stripped of his release date is in a fog is barely holding on the emotional & physical toll this is having is devastating.
